Minty Host manages more than 450 accommodation units in Madrid, Seville and Málaga, within a model that combines technology, processes and management for property owners and real estate investors.
Hundreds of properties constantly generate information on bookings, revenue, occupancy, prices, channels, unit types, assets and markets. As the portfolio grows, so does the complexity. What is happening in each city? Which assets are performing best? Where is a deviation appearing? What is changing in demand?
Minty Host needed to be able to move from a global view of the whole company to the detail of a specific asset, always working from a single source of information.
From data to business intelligence

The relationship began in 2022 through ABAL MyReports, the first generation of our Business Intelligence technology and the origin of what would later evolve into Innalytica. The aim was to centralise portfolio information and turn it into indicators and visualisations designed specifically for accommodation management.
The technology made it possible to analyse the business from different perspectives: portfolio, city, asset, unit type, channel or period.

The value of Business Intelligence is not in having more dashboards.
It is in reducing the distance between what happens in the business and the moment someone can detect it and make a decision. Innalytica lets you monitor the portfolio's key indicators, compare results, detect deviations and dig deeper into the assets or markets that need attention. Information stops being merely available and becomes part of the daily decision-making process.
From the start, the relationship with Minty Host has gone beyond access to a tool. Working together has made it possible to develop new visualisations, indicators and analytical capabilities as new needs arose in a growing company. What began in 2022 with ABAL MyReports has evolved alongside our own technology into today's Innalytica platform.
