Our approach
RevenueSalesOperations
Three areas that too often work towards different goals when they should be looking at the same result.
Our revenue work takes into account what happens across every area of the business, because a decision in one affects the others.
Outsourcing
Revenue happens every day.
Before we start, we get to know the business: history, product, positioning, distribution, costs, technology, demand and objectives.
Then the day-to-day work begins. We work directly with management and with the people involved in sales, reservations, operations and finance.
The market changes. So does our strategy.
What we do
Every day there are decisions to make
Pricing
What price, for which date, room type and segment.
Demand & forecasting
What we expect to happen and how to get ahead of it.
Pickup & pace
How demand is coming in and when we need to react.
Inventory & restrictions
What to sell, when and under what conditions.
Distribution & channels
Where to sell and what it costs to do so.
Segmentation
Who books, how, when and what value they bring.
Product
How room types, services, conditions and online reputation affect demand and price.
Analysis
What has happened, what is happening and what we need to watch.
Who it's for
Revenue Management for different accommodation businesses.
We work with hotels and all types of accommodation, across different international markets.
Every business has its own demand, product and way of selling. Our approach to Revenue Management starts from those differences.

About the Revenue Management service
What does outsourcing Revenue Management mean?
Entrusting the ongoing management of revenue to a specialist team without detaching it from the rest of the business. We analyse, decide and take part in execution on an ongoing basis.
Do I need an in-house revenue manager?
Not necessarily. We can take over the management or work alongside an existing revenue manager or team.
Do you work with tourist apartments and vacation rentals?
Yes. We also work with tourist apartments, vacation rentals and other accommodation models.
Do you work with multiple properties?
Yes. We work with single properties as well as portfolios and groups.
Do I need an RMS?
No. An RMS can support or automate certain decisions, but it is not a requirement for working with ABAL.
Does ABAL execute the decisions?
Yes. Depending on the client's systems, access and organisation, we implement them directly or coordinate with the people responsible.
Let's talk
Let's talk about your business.
What demand you are capturing. What you are losing. Where there is room. What works. What doesn't. What is worth changing.
